A Study on the Risk Management of unbalanced bid in Subway Construction Tender
The subway construction in China is at the climax period. Given that the owners risks mainly concentrated in the tender stage after the project establishment, risk control in the tender is directly related to the smooth implementation of subway project and the realization of the objectives. Study on the risk in subway construction tender helps to select the excellent contractors, thus ensuring quality and safety and controlling the investment. The contractors unbalanced bid in subway construction tender is one of the major risks, which will bring great dangers to investment objective once occurring. In this paper, the Significant CostCS theory is introduced into the traditional risk management approach, which can simplify the identification process of the risks of unbalanced bid and thereby control the risks effectively.
