Construction Safety Risk Analysis of Subway Tunnel Undercrossing Bridge U-slot

During the construction of shallow subway tunnel undercrossing the bridge U-slot, stratum around the tunnel will be disturbed inevitably, and then the deformation and change of internal forces of upper bridge structure will appear. If the deformation or the change of internal forces is too large, bridge structure will be lead to cracking or damage. Taking tunnel on Olympic Branch Line of Beijing Subway undercrossing Beichen Bridge U-slot structure as the background, and the ground settlement at the bottom of U-slot structure, settlement trough width and tunnel vault settlement as the research object, we analyze the impact on U-slot structure caused by subway tunnel construction under three different strata reinforcement programs by numerical simulation, and the construction program is recommended according to the results of simulation analysis. Engineering practice shows that the recommended construction program is reasonable, and ensures the safety of Beichen Bridge U-slot structure and normal operation under the influence of tunnel undercrossing construction. Measured values of ground settlement and tunnel vault settlement are basically consistent with the numerical analysis results, which shows that the calculation method is correct and can be used as reference for similar projects.
