Assess Risk of PPP Project on Urban Rail Transport

摘要：

In view of the urban rail transport PPP projects characteristic,and according to the risk sources type, this article mainly analyzes the environment risk, the construction risk, the operation risk and the cooperation risk which South China some subway line PPP project faces. Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, using the data obtained by Expert Investigation Method, this paper evaluates each risk and integrated risk of the PPP project emphatically, which offers a reference for the similar urban rail transport PPP project risk judgment or cooperation private department.
