Deinterlacing Digital Images by Selective Use of Equi-Displacement Optical Flows

摘要：

An image frame of an interlaced camera is composed of two subframes(half-frames or fields). If the camera moves when it captures video images, two subframes become misaligned and this lowers the image quality.In this paper,a new algorithm that removes this undesired effect from such misalignment is presented.
