The image measurement systems automatic calibration based on microdisplacement technology
In order to meet the pesitioning accuracy and the Image measurement systems sub-pixel accuracy, the image measurement systems automatic calibration based on micro displacement technology is successfully used of Industrial Practice.Through the CCD to obtain images,then through the PC to carry on processing to the image and control the drive power;power supplies voltage to cause the microdisplacement ceramics to become deformed so that obtain the precise micro displacement,in order to achieve the purpose of measurement accuracy.Precision piezoelectric ceramic microdisplacement has high accuracy,good dynamic response,low cost,and can reduce human error,but also online self-evaluate.
