Study on Controlled Rectification Constant-voltage Permanent-magnet Rare Earth Generator of Hybrid Vehicles
The rare earth permanent-magnet generator is mainly used to provide direct current for the electroequipment on the hybrid vehicles. Many blocks of rare earth permanentmagnet material are fixed on the generators rotor by polishes and nonmagnetic bolts,the adjoining permanent-magnet materials polarity is opposite,N polarity and S polarity are arrayed alternately, which compose the rare earth permanentmagnet rotor core. When this rotor rotating,magnetic field rotates with it, the armature coil cuts magnetic-curve and produces electromotive force.Four-phase half-wave controlled rectification voltage regulator is designed, which can both regulate the voltage and the current, put out direct current with stable voltage. The problem of instable voltage, which is generated by the automobiles permanent-magnet generator at wide speed and wide load, is solved.
