DYNAMIC ANALYSIS AND STUDY ON SHAFTS TORSIONAL VIBRATION OF ELECTRICAL TRACTION SHEARERS MOTOR-ROCKER AND DECELERATION SYSTEM

In order to prevent and monitor the faults of the cutting unit of the motor and deceleration system of the shearer, this study analyses the shafts torsional vibration transmission and provides a mechanical model of concentrated mass for EDW-150-2L Series electrical traction shearers motor and deceleration system. Take the cutting resistance with simple harmonic vibration for example. The torsional vibration equation of shafts output terminal is deduced theoretically and analyses its vibration type.
