A Model for University Counselors Competence Evaluation Based on Information Entropy and Unascertained Measure
University counselors competence ambiguity, it is difficult to quantify the characteristics of the use of literature search, interviews with key actors in the incident, a questionnaire survey methods such as multivariate statistical analysis, university counselors competency model for the study, students come to managed to the characteristics of qualified teachers, including: cognitive ability, intercourse and interaction ability, and professional quality, and set up a new model for university counselors competence evaluation based on information entropy and unascertained measure. At last, a case study is provided to verify the model. The research findings offer a workable approach in evaluating university counselor s competence. It can serve as a basis in the selection, assessment and cultivation of university counselors in China.
