Application of Project Information Portal in Construction Project:Case Study on Jean Workshop Project of Cone Denim

摘要：

To illustrate value of Project Information Portal (PIP) to construction projects, this paper focused on a case study on Jean Workshop Project of Cone Denim on which Buzzsaw is applied. PIP application functions, implementation key points and meanings were discussed in detail by combining special situation analysis on this case project. Conclusion is given that PIP is adding value to project at all levels, and it is the mainstream of construction industry development.
