The Possibility Analysis on Introduction of Photovoltaic (PV) System

Energy shortage and environment pollution have brought up more and more concerns with the development of economic and society. If no solution is available, the goal of sustainable development is impossible to achieve, the survival of the human environment and quality of life will be seriously affected as well. Therefore, interest of searching and developing new energies as an alternative of fossil energy grows. The solar photovoltaic project status was summarized, and the cost and life returns of power generation systems and networks were calculated. The introduction of solar photovoltaic power generation and the promotion of the factors were with technical and economic analysis. Solar photovoltaic and conventional power generation costs were compared, and investment period of the solar photovoltaic systems covered by the regional power grid was attained, and the results show that the basic cost of the investment can be recovered. At the same time, the factors on the promotion of solar energy into the possibility were analyzed. In a field with the transmission distance greater than 50 kilometers, according to geographical features of the analysis, to introduce independent photovoltaic power generation system with is reasonable, and it is of important significance to activate economy, increase revenue and improve the local quality of life.
