To explore the environmental protection and economic development win-win situation on the practice of JingYue ecological regional planning
Urban planning as a public policy on arrangements of human behavior is one of the most important means to solve the problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution. The development of Jingyue Ecological Region faces many problems such as environmental protection and economic development. The development should be based on the premise of maintain the regional ecological environment, the realization of multi-stakeholder win-win situation and harmonious coexistence between human being and nature should be as the goal. The planning from the multi-angle, multi-layered face of its research, combined with the actual situation, put forward a comprehensive, scientific model of regional spatial development and institutes a series of public policy choices to achieve ecological protection and economic development win-win situation involving ecological protection, expansion of urban space, rural development and industrialization. This paper introduces the concept of Jingyue Ecological Region on the idea of planning, strategy and basic content. The study plays an important role in promoting regional ecological security pattern optimization, guiding the development of local urban space, forming the overall development of the region by integrating eco-tourism resources in the region.
