Application Study on Urban Energy and Environment Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Analysis

Development of the cities is influenced by many fundamental factors such as energy consumption, environment and the like, how to handle and determine the relationship between energy consumption and environment protection is the emphasis and difficulty. Take the cities in Hunan province as an example in this paper, the relationship between energy consumption and environment protection was analyzed through putting forward the theory of environment-energy bearing capacity (yield strength), and the quantitative relation between energy and environment was calculated applying fuzzy matter-element theory, which had some guidance and reference significance for the sustainable development of the cities in the future.
