A Study of the method to keep building and city energy supply when the municipal Lifeline unconnected

Todays damage on building and urban facilities caused by disaster is unpredictable. Moreover, the scale and power of disaster are totally different from what we have undergone, so its almost hard to cope with. According to climate changing, the grade of natural disaster is getting worth. It is really dangerous fact in point that natural disaster like flood causes to cut off the urban energy supply, municipal lifeline, and bring the emergency to city. As the sudden urbanization and centralization, damage is serious. An individual huge building in city has energy consumption capacity equaling to small town. Furthermore, the whole city energy supply is charged by central concentrated supply by thermal power plant, nuclear power generation, etc. When like this disaster cut energy supply off, the lack power state and state of supply interrupted is happened. In this paper, I study remains functions of building and, what is more, the order of priority to supply the emergency energy among urban towns. And I am supposed to study the necessity to manage city energy system about security of emergency energy and system.
