The Study of Circular Economy Based on the Regional Environment Impact Assessment
Through summarizing the main contents of regional environmental impact assessment,the paper points it out that to carry out the achievement of regional environment assessment is guaranteed by the guidance of circular economy and building up the ecological industry park. Studied through the living example, illustrates that the unify of environment, economy and social benefit will be achieved by introducing the circular economy theory to development zone environment assessment, and make it happen on the regional level.
