Experiment Researce on Recovery Fresh Air Units in Energy Efficient Residence

The recovery fresh air heat pump units are revised to solve the problems of the indoor air quality (IAQ) deterioration and the air-source heat pump (ASHP) not working properly in the cold regions of china in winter. The revised units use the surplus energy of exhaust fully, raise the air temperature of evaporator intake, recover the energy of exhaust by heat exchange, and heat fresh air by condenser of heat pump. Enthalpy difference method experiments are used to contrast two conditions of buildings, they are exhaust only and building exhaust mixed outdoor air. The heat quantity, the electricity power, the coefficient of performance (COP) and the recovery efficiency are measured. The result reveals that in the same surroundings and the electricity power, the quantity of heat is increased and the COP averages 4.3, the top is about 4.75. The recovery efficiency averages 40%, the top is about 51%.The conclusions is that by making the use of the exhaust fully, raise the air temperature of evaporator intake can increase the recovery fresh air heat pump units running time, guarantee well IAQ in the energy efficient residence in winter. The units can create condign temperature environment and humidity environment, in the meantime, it can reduce the concentration of noxious component by the method of keeping fresh air quantity, and keep the air quality.
