Effects of MLSS on the remaining sludge acid hydrolysis process

The intermittent trial, in a comparative analysis of temperature, stirring continuously under the conditions of different rates of solid (MLSS) of the remaining sludge acid hydrolysis of the law. The results showed that with the increase in the concentration of sludge, produced SCOD, VFAs potential will increase. Moreover, the solid rate of 0.85% (8460mg / L), 1.51% (15055mg / L), 2.19% (22095mg / L), 3.11% (30385mg / L) of the remaining sludge after acid hydrolysis TS decreased by 11.47%, 12.16%, 1 1.50%, 12.29%, followed by the settlement to improve the performance of about 22.02 percent, 11.18 percent, 4.92 percent, 2.21 percent. Shows that the acid hydrolysis process of sludge is also a certain degree of reduction, but with different rates of solid sludge is not very different from the effect of the reduction, and to improve the performance of the settlement amount on a downward trend.
