The tread of using energy saving and environmental protection products became increasing clearly and often be reported in the newspaper, magazine, TV, internet, etc. In view of this situation, the paper made a comprehensive analysis in its concept, fields and strategies. First, it introduced the tread and importance of the saving energy building. Then, it made a particular and overall analysis on the probable field in the construction works, such as selecting the materials, layout design and people utilization in wall, window, and roof, etc. At the same time, it elaborated the corresponding technology used in them and pointed out the main problems existing in energy utilization. After that, linked with the current situations in China, it elaborated the corresponding technology used and pointed out that it should reinforce the study on energy saving technology, strengthen strategies studied which can spread and apply energy saving building, as well as formulated architectural design standards and norms and considered how to carry out construction supervision and management in the course of building operations, ensure the goal of two type city can be smoothly realized. In the end, it hopes more people, more architects and more research institutes entering this field and work hard to increase the saving level.
