Pilot Project to Install a System to Promote Energy Savings in Residential Buildings That Use District Heating in the Northeast Region of China (Shenyang) Partl Actual Situation of District Heating System in Shenyang
This paper (Partl-Part3) summarizes the achievements of a pilot project to install a system to promote energy savings in residential buildings that use district heating in City of Shenyang in the northeast region of China. This pilot project was implemented by Japan Environment Systems Co.,Ltd, Tokyo Electric Power Company, Inc. and Utsunomiya University from September 4, 2008 to January 31, 2009, under contract with Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), as their Pilot Demonstration Project Program to Improve Trade and Investment Environments (FY2008). Part1 introducs the actual situation of the heat supply business of Shenyang, moreover, the outline of the pilot project is brought together.
