Research on the healthy of natural mineral water in Changbai Mountain area
The water quality situation in Changbai mountain area was introduced. Based on the evaluation of healthy indexes of pH, DO, ORP and metasilicate in the water of typical springs in Changbai motmtain area, the characteristics of natural spring water in this area were analyzed. The quantitative analyses of healthy index and taste index of four sp rings were carried out and all the results turned to be high. The 17O-NMR FWHMs of representative water samples were measured by ARX400 NMR spectrometer, the results showed all of them are high qualified drinking water. The compared antioxidation activity experiment s were also conducted, the results showed the spring water of this area can increase red blood cells m mice SOD activity in certain degree, which demonstrates a good anti-oxidation activity.
