ANALYSIS OF BISPHENOL A BY MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED SOLID-PHASE MICROEXTRACTION COUPLED WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY
Molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) as solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fibers coating has gained great attentions in recent years. In this study, a method for the determination of BPA by MIP-coated SPME coupled with HPLC was developed. The method was applied for the determination of BPA spiked in tap water, human urine, and milk samples with the recoveries of 92.5~87.5%.
