ONE STEP CLOSER TO A COOK BOOK METHOD FOR DIOXIN ANALYSIS PART 2: ANALYSIS OF FOOD SAMPLES

The application of an integrated sample preparation and analysis method for fish samples is presented. The first paper1 describes the global procedure and the equipment while this paper illustrates the performance on real biological samples. The development of a fast cook book procedure would be useful in the food processing industry to avoid down time in production lines.
