摘要：

The study on risk early-warning system for technology innovation is found infrequently.Based on the scan of related research，a model of risk early-warning system for technology Innovation is provided.The function， structure, early-warning indexes，risk evaluation and measure recommendation is introduced in detail.The model is helpful for enterprises to make decision about innovation or risk Scout, diagnoses，forecast and cope with the risk of technology innovation.
