An Evaluation of Technical Innovation Efficiency of Large and Medium-sized Industry enterprises Based on DEA

摘要：

In this paper,The data envelopment anaIysis was used to evaluate the of technical innovation efficiency of large and medium sized industry enterprises from 1997 to 2005.It calculates the total efficiency and scale benefit,technological efficiency,projection and shadow price of all DMUs from 1997 to 2005.At last,the advise was given about how to allocation of resource of technical innovation.
