Research on Innovation of Private Enterprises in Human Resources Management

Human resources management has difierent connotation at different stage of development,Strategic human resources management is an approach for enterprises to obtain long-term sustainable competitive advantages. Vis-(a)-vis state-owned enterprises,human resources management of private enterprises have certain advantages.But,they also have inherent defects.So,it is important for private enterprises to carry out human resources management innovation by converting the concepts of making use of personnel, establishing a professional human resources management team and optimizing the incentive mechanism.
