Social Accountability 8000，Perfection，and Innovation of Chinese Private Enterprise System

摘要：

In recent years，Social Accountability 8000 (SA8000)standard has been accepted by the international community and become the export problem which China’s private enterprises have to face.It has usually been considered to be trade barriers and human rights challenges set by the developed countries.However,we should confront SA8000 standards，and also understand the internal problems and certain institutional shortcomings which private enterprises should face under the current labor environment. Based on China’s Constitution and Labor Law,the perfection and innovafion of the private enterprise system has been speeded up to reflect the essential characteristics and the superiority of the socialist system,and make the private enterprise system meet the international labor standards level through the implementation of the standard.
