Innovative Management in Private Enterprises Based on Knowledge Management

摘要：

Enterprise knowledge management is to realize mutual conversion between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge effectively and make innovation during the conversion.The emphasis of enterprise knowledge management is to discover tacit knowledge.which concretely can be divided into the discovery of subiective tacit knowledge and objective tacit knowledge.The discovery of subjective tacit knowledge mainly involves factors like corporate culture,human resource management,technology，organizational structure and system, etc.However,the discovery of objective tacit knowledge mainly refers to the mining using knowledge discovery in database (KDD) technology.This paper made analysis of the advantages and disadvantage of various elements of knowledge management in private enterprises,and proposed innovate schemes of management in private enterprises based on knowledge management.
