Mechanism Innovation for Win-win Development of Enterprises and Community in Franchise Businesses in the Privatization of Scenic Areas

摘要：

The franchising business of scenic areas is the hot topic of many private corporations and researchers.This paper introduces the concept of the scenic area franchise business of scenic area,analyzes the reasons for conflicts between private enterprises and lotal residents,and discusses the innovation mechanism for the win-win development of the enterprise and the local residents, including the following contents： relationships among difierent parties which take the benefits of Iocal community development as the final goal,the relationship among different types of rights in which the scenic areas’ ownership is the basis，the community empowerment mechanism,a supervision and evaluation mechanism based on local residents.
