A Study on the Innovation on Human Resource Management in Chinese Private Enterprises in the Context of the Economic Crisis

The depression of the market makes the management of human resources faee severe challenges in economic crisis.The core task to innovate the strategy of human resource mxanagement in the economic crisis is how to reduce the cost for keeping the efficiency and competency of the enterprise.This paper explains the important impacts of Chinese private enterprises brought about by the economic crisis.Based on the development tendency of private enterprises,the paper proposes some suggestions on innovation of human resource management in the context of economic crisis.
