A Study on the Management Innovation of Private Enterprise Based on the Complex Adaptive System Theory

摘要：

This paper analyzes the social economic system and the enterprise entity based on the complex adaptive system theory proposed by John H.Holland and concludes that the essence of enterprise management innovation is the adaptation to the outside environment.This paper also outlines the basic mechanism of enterprise management innovation and multi-agents and multi-layers model.Finally，the paper provides suggestions about the selection of paths for Chinese private enterprises survival and development against the present status of the Chinese private enterprises.
