Development of Private Financial Institutions and Financing Innovation of Private SMEs：the Case of Taizhon Commercial Bank

摘要：

It analyzes the current financing situation of SMEs in China and the reasons of financing difficulty SMEs facing.By analyzing the development of Taizhou commercial bank and its successfuI experience in solving SMEs’financing problem,it illustrates that it is an effective wav to overcome SMEs’ financing difficulsies to develop private financial institutions.
