The Research of Disruptive Innovation Mode in Chinese Private Enterprises

摘要：

With global economic crisis aggravating,export demands decrease rapidly，prices of energy and materials increase continuously，and Chinese private enterprises confront great subsistence threats.Analyzing the disruptive innovation theory and case study in technology，management and institutions under Chinese private enterprises’conditions，the disruptive innovation mode is the best strategic selection of private enterprises.
