Study on Intellectual Property Issues of Private Enterprises Based on the Independent Innovation Perspective

摘要：

Protection of intelleetual property is venr important to encourage independent innovation of private enterprises and to optimize the environment for innovation.At present,private enterprises don’t have a sound legal environment for independent innovation，the intellectual property legal system has some defects，and many private enterprises have a weak sense of protection of independent innovation.they are not good at effective management or use of intellectual property rights. To Increase intellectual property protection,it is necessary to Improve the legal system of intellectual property rights，regulate the internal management norms of private enterprises,build the administrative protection of intellectual property system,and strengthen the judicial protection function of intellectual property of private enterprises.
