Private Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Pay System Innovation
Taking Hongrui Electric Chemical Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper introduces a stimulation principle into the pay syrstem using the human resources management method.It points out that the key of small and medium-sized pay management is to inspire with the initiative, creativity and potential of people,which is one of the core ideas of human resource management and the entire enterprise management.It constructs the private small and medium-sized enterprises’pay management system innovation mode.Under the background of the financial crises.the competition between sinail and medium-sized enterprises is increasingly great,and the pay system is the key to attract,inspire and keep personnel.Facing new competition environment and challenges,and the tide of “layoff and pay cutsthe key to enhance the vigor and effective international competitiveness is to establish and innovate the competent and inspiring pay management system of private small and medium-sized enterprises.It concludes that the effective approach helping private the small and medium-sized enterprise to survive is to guide by the stimulation,to consider both inside stimulation and outside competition,to center with inspection and to meet the multiple aspects and personalized needs.
