Construction and Innovanon for Financial Services System of Private SMEs

摘要：

The majority of private enterprises in China are small and medium-sized.As the main force in promoting Chlna’s economic growth.private SMEs are greatly affected by the financiaI crisis.It becomes an extremely urgent task for the government to support SMEs and solve the problem of SMEs financing.Under the current financial system，SMEs can not solve the problem.We must build a financial service system for the SMEs,which contain the bank credit services， direct financing services，credit guarantee services，and insurance service,and implement innovation in the means and content of financial services.Only by doing this，can we break through the bottleneck of financing constraints，and support the healthy development of SMEs.
