Study on the Strategy for Shanghai to Develop International Metropolitan Private Economy on the Basis of Independent Innovation
The international metropolitan Private economy of Shanghai is ongoing a healthy and orderly prosperity,showing dynamics and energy.Innovation is criticaI for the development of the private economy in Shanghai.This paper puts forwards some Measurements to promote the independent innovative ability of the Shanghai international metropolitan Private economy,including：1)Shanghai should strengthen the policy support,2)Shanghai should establish a public technology support service platform,3)improve the social service system,4) encourage the combination of production，study and research，5) promote the information system construction in enterprises,and 61 train and introduce high quality talent.The author thinks that the innovative environment should be further improved for the private economy in Shanghai.especially when some of them meet difnculties.effective assistance from society and government is highly appreciated.
