Financial Innovation：Network Credit Guarantee Cooperatives Solve the Financing Problems of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
Using the method of management,this paper introduces credit principle into financial management,and puts forward the opinion that the financing of smail and medium-sized enterprises is credit relation and credit behavior. It establishes a financiaIinnovafion mode of applying a network credit guarantee cooperation as the solution to the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.It believes the competition is even greater between smalI and mediumsized enterprises during financial crises.Facing the new competition environment and challenges，solving their financing problems is the key to effectively strengthen their vitality and international competitiveness.The conclusion is the network credit guarantee cooperation,as a financial innovation mode,is an effective solution to small and medium-sized enterprises’financing problems.
