Based on economic and management methods，this paper suggests an approach of private enterprises’managing strategy——the fonr dimensions of innovation and creates the four dimensions of innovation for Prtvate enterprises under the circumstance Of financial crises. It points out that the competition between corporations is heating up in the current financial crises.The conditions of facing new competition environment and challenges，the recessing of the private enterprises，and sluggish employees，make an innovation strategy more important to stimulating employees’enthusiasm and enhancing the vigor and competitiveness of the enterprises.The four dimensions of innovation of private enterprises’managing strategy are one way to help enterprises survive
