Study on Management Innovation Mechanism and Implementation Strategy of Private Economy

摘要：

According to the management innovation theory, we construct the frame system of the dynamic innovation mechanism,the developmental innovation mechanism and the operational innovation mechanism.Combined with the special circumstance and the problem of Chinese private enterprise management and management innovation，we have summed up and designed the internal innovation factor and content and researched the relevant strategy of pushing forward the management innovation mechanism of the private economy.
