A Dynamic Analysis of Internationalization in Industrial Clusters based on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises：A Case Study of Wenzhou’s Export-oriented Pen-making Industry

摘要：

Wenzhou’s Pen-making Industry is a typleal industriaI cluster comprised of smail and mediu msized private enterprises with a high degree of foreign trade dependence. With a positivistic approach，this paper looks into the establishment process of Wenzhou’s pen-making industry and Dresents a macro， in-between， micro- analysis of the internationalization dynamics in industrial cluster based on small and medium-sized enterprises,namely International industry transfer.region cultural traditions and competition and co-operation among the cluster.Thus，the paper concludes that the development in industrial cluster is usually associated with the internationalization and,by making full use of the advantage appertaining to small and medium-sized enterprises， an industrial cluster needs to expand on export growth and enhances the degree of internationalization which in turn promotes the growth of an industrial cluster
