AHP-DEA Evaluating Method on SMEs’Innovative Capability in the Cluster——A Case of SMEs in Guangzhou Cluster of Electronic Information Industry
This paper constructs an AHP-DEA evaluating method based on AHP and DEA to assess the innovative capability of small and medium enterprises(SMEs)in the cluster.AHP—DEA evaluating method takes into account the qualitative and quantitative perspectives as well as subjective and objective factors.Using the data of SMEs in Guangzhou cluster of electronic information industry. AHPDEA evaluating method is verified with validity and feasibility,and provides an effective wav to identify existing issues and the causes so that it is helpful for the decision makers to improve SMEs’innovative capability in the cluster.
