The Innovation and Applied Study on Performance System in Privately-run Enterprises Based on the “Main Dual-law
With the rapid development of Chinese private enterprises.especially in the current interuational economic situation at home and abroad,the human resource management and performance improvement of private enterprises are being challenged.most of them are faced with such problems as low performance,serious brain drain etc..,Therefore,based on the “Main dual-law,in this paper,“A-BPerformance System ModeI and“Dominant PerformanceIndex Matrjx of private enterprises are creatively constructed and by adopting“FAHP method,the weight of key performance indicators are decided. Moreover,at the end of this paper,the empirical study is carried out to innovate human resource management of Private enterprises and make it more practical,scientitic and rational.
