The Research on Governance Mode Innovation of Private Enterprises Based on Contingency Theory
After the reform and opening policy of China，private enterprises have developed rapidly，but their governance mechanisms have relatively lagged behind and become a bottleneck by restricting the development of private enterprises. Therefore,the research on governance modes of private enterprises has attracted great attention from the academic world.This article reviews the abroad and domestic literature about this research，and on the basis of which， structures a comprehensive analytical framework of governance mode choices of private enterprises based on contingency theory. Finally,the article proposes that private enterprises should create a new governance mode and realize the maximization of governance value through the corporate governance mechanisms of innovation.market innovation of governance services，and cultural innovation of the owners of the private enterprise.
