Study on Relationship between Motivation and Innovative Behavior for Innovative Employees

In this study,we developed and tested a model of total motivation systems by integrating internal motivation, managerial actions,company structure and culture,awards and rewards to analyze the relationship between these systems and innovative behavior of innovative employees.Three hundred and fifty three employees from high technology industries of Zhejiang Province in China participated in the study,and we collected data using a survey questionnaire.As hypothesized, the results of analysis suggested that the correlation of internal motivation,managerial actions,company structure and culture, awards and rewards.and employee innovative behavior was significant.Implications are discussed.
