Innovation of Firm’s Internationalization Path from the Perspective of Inward-Outward Connection：A Case Study of Hazan，a Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprise

摘要：

On the basis of the case study of Hazan，a typical small and medium-sized private shoe enterprise in Wenzhou， this paper looks into its internationaiization practice since 1996, and proposes a basic path of internationalization， which can be generalized as‘starting with outward， interpenetrating between outward and inward’.The paper tries to probe into the causes of this internationalization path by establishing a model of IFEE-VD, .This paper provides a better insight of an innovative path of the firm’s internationalization， which is different from the traditional view on the inwardlyoutwardly connection，while this new path hasn’t aroused enough attention in academia.
