Corporate Social Capital Learning Capacity and Technological Innovation：An Empirical Research of Zhejiang Private Enterprises
In the paper,the mechanism of corporate social capitals’Impact on technological innovation is analyzed.The theoreticaI framework is developed to deduce the relationship among corporate social capital，learning capacity and innovative performance.Based on the questionnaire of Zhejiang private enterprises,the impact of corporate social capital on technological innovation is studied by using SEM (structural equation modeling).The research results show the structural, relational，cognitive dimensions of corporate social capital are all significantly positive to innovative performance,the level of these three dimensions positively affects innovative performance.
