Empirical Analysis of Controlling-succession Mode in Family Business

摘要：

As for family business.their power succession is a complicate evolution with various phases.This paper constructs the controlling-succession mode of family business， using the foreign studies on this topic as reference and combining the situation of culture and market background with Chinese characteristics.and analyzes the controllingsuccession mode in family business use of demonstration，and then educes valuable conclusion.This paper puts forward some instructional suggestions on the cross-generation succession of Chinese family business.
