Study on the Barriers and Countermeasures of the Transition from Traditional Private Enterprises to Technology Based Enterprises:From the Perspective of Strategic Human Resource Management

Currently,a considerable number of traditional private enterprises hope to transform to be technology based or to be involved in high-tech industries.They often focus on the research ability,capital raising and talent introduction,while neglecting other important constraints or barriers which leads to the failure of transformation.The article illustrates the types of transformation and the barriers coming from corporate culture, enterprise inenia and enterprise consistency which affect the transition of traditional private enterprises.Finally.it puts forward some countermeasures of strategic human resource management such as corporate culture reengineering,creating learning organization,building management team to overcome the obstacles.
