Research on the Reform of Family Business Governance Structure in Wenzhou

摘要：

Starting with the governance structure of a classical family business in Wenzhou，this business was analyzed from the property，the directorate and employment mechanism.Reform of the governance structure is also discussed in this article.To solve the problem of family business governance structure,the property structure should be changed，and an independent directorate constructed.An effective incentive and restraint professional system should be perfected in the Wenzhou family business.
