The Status and Countermeasures of Corporate Social Responsibility of Chinese Private Enterprises

摘要：

In this paper,we analyze the meaning of corporate sociaI responsibility(CSR),the status on CSR of Private enterprises as well as the reasons for the CSR shortage,and then suggest that the construction of private enterprises on CSR need positive participation of private enterPrises themselves， government and community organizations.The target of this study is to provide new ideas for promoting the construction of social responsibility of private enterprises.
