Analysis and Eradication of Predicaments in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Financing： a View of System

摘要：

As a worldwide dimcult problem,especially under the current Internatlonal financial crisis，small and medium-sized enterprises financing is the focal point that attracts more and more attention.This paper firstly identifies and describes the structure of small and medium-sized enterprises system,and then makes a deep analysis of several predicaments in small and medium-sized enterprises financing from macroscopic level， intermediate perspective level and microscopic level of the system.From the macroscopic level，we find that there exists game behavior between commercial bank and government,and the method of eradication is to strengthen the guidance of government to the credit behaviors of commerciaI bank.From intermediate perspective Ievei，we find that there exists game behavior between commercial bank and small and medium-sized enterprises，and the method of eradication is to eliminate information dissymmetry between bank and enterprise.From microscopic level，we find that there exists game behavior between commercial bank and its customer manager,and the method of eradication is to redesign mechanism of customer manager achievements inspection.The eradication of the predicaments mentioned above is useful to optimize the structure and enhance the efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises financing system,so that we can effectively solve the difficult problem of small and medium-sized enterprises financing.
